Our goal is to make this boot camp the cleanest, healthiest, and safest place that you can go.
  • Only 26 people per session.
  • When you arrive you will have a designated workout area.
  • No touch check-ins
  • We clean the antimicrobial mats (Antimicrobial products kill or slow the spread of microorganisms, including: bacteria, viruses, protozoans, and fungi such as mold and mildew)
  • We sanitized the door handles, workout equipment you use inside your space.
  • We mop the floors and Lysol the cubbies

Most frequent questions and answers

You pay $19 today which covers your first week. Then $19 weekly moving forward. You can stay with us for 1 week or 4 weeks.

You can start anytime for months of June and July.

Once you register, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your first workout. You cannot start until you are scheduled ahead of time.

We have options that work for EVERYONE — before work or school hours and in the evening after work and school. And because the workouts are only 30 minutes — you’ll be in and out in no time.

Monday-Thursday: 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:15am, 9:00am, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm

Friday: 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:15am, 9:00am, 4:45pm, 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:15am, 9:00am

We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week 😇

MEN & WOMEN from any fitness level can participate in this program.
